Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (the 'Company') released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2017 ('Preliminary Announcement') on 29 November 2017. Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the Company can now confirm that the 2017 Report and Accounts, Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy will be mailed to shareholders today, 29 December 2017. The Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.brewinmedia.co.uk/investor-relations.

AGM

The Company's 2018 AGM will be held at Haberdashers Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ on 2 February 2018.
