Nostra Terra, the AIM oil and gas producer with projects in the USA, confirms that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 June 2011 at The Library, Travellers Club, 106 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5EP.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website (www.ntog.co.uk) shortly.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2010 will be dispatched later this month. It is intended that the consideration of the resolution to receive the report of the Directors and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010 be adjourned until such date as shareholders have been in receipt of the financial statements for 21 clear days.
