Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sanne announces that it has posted its Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Form of Proxy to its shareholders. The Notice of AGM can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.sannegroup.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents listed below have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

· Form of Proxy for the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held on 30 June 2022 at 11.00am at 6th Floor, 125 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5AS, United Kingdom. Please be assured that all appropriate COVID-19 related safety measures will be in place at our AGM venue, however, attendees should carefully consider their own circumstances before choosing to attend in person.
