KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the registered office of the Company at Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD on Thursday, 29 September, 2016 at 11.00 am.
