Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has today posted the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2018, the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and the Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy 2019 to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 4.00pm on Thursday, 21 February 2019 at 29 Clement's Lane, London, EC4N 7AE.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual Report and Finacial Statements 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 are also available for inspection online at www.integrafin.co.uk/shareholder-information.
