Honye Financial Services Ltd, a special purpose acquisition company formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of businesses in the financial services and financial technology sector, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at Locke Lord LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, Spitalfields, London EC1M 3AB on 25 July 2019 at 10:30am(BST) which is 17:30 (Beijing Time).

Information on the resolutions to be voted on at the AGM can be found in the Notice of AGM that, along with forms of proxy, has been posted to shareholders.
