Gordon Dadds Group plc (AIM: GOR), the acquisitive London-based legal and professional services business, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at the London offices of Gordon Dadds, 6 Agar Street, London WC2N 4HN on 28 August 2018 at 12 noon (the "AGM").
The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31st March 2018 will be posted to shareholders today. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also available on the Group's website at www.gordondaddsgroup.com.
