Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Further to the announcement made on 11 July 2019, the Board of Directors of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces the publication of a Circular to introduce Quarterly Tender Offers which will be considered along with the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019 and the Annual Continuation Vote at the forthcoming AGM of the Company. The AGM Notice has been posted to shareholders today, with the Circular posted separately on 28 August 2019.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WA on 26 September 2019 at 10:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and the AGM Notice and Circular may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address and will shortly be available on the Company's website: www.aefrif.com
