Indus Gas Limited (AIM: INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 15 October 2012 at 11.00 am at Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2JF.
