Notice of Annual General Meeting

Highlands, the London listed natural resources company, announces that it will be holding its 2016 Annual General Meeting at 10.30am on Tuesday 20 September 2016 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BN.

Notice of the AGM will be made available on the Company's website www.highlandsnr.com.

The Company has also today posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2016, which is also available on the Company website.
