Notice of Results and Annual General Meeting
TransGlobe Energy Corporation (LSE: TGL) will release its full year results and management's discussion and analysis for the period ended 31 December 2019 on March 12, 2020.
Notice of AGM
The 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting will be held on May 13, 2020 at the Centennial Place West Conference Centre, 250 5th Street S.W., in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at 9:00 am (MDT) with a Record Date of March 27, 2020.
The Company will post to shareholders a management information circular containing the notice of the 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting on or around April 1, 2020.
