Correction

The following corrects the "Notice of AGM" announcement released on 2 September 2011 at 15:27 under RNS number 5617N.

The location of the AGM is the Little Ship Club, Bell Wharf Lane, Upper Thames Street, London, EC4R 3TB at 2.30pm on Friday 30 September 2011. There are no other changes.

NOTICE OF AGM

PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF EMPLOYEE SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEME

TPJ, the AIM listed gold exploration company focussed on South East Asia, announces that it has today sent copies of its Annual Report and Accounts, together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to its shareholders. These documents will be available on the Company's website at www.tpjunction.com. The AGM will be held at the Little Ship Club, Bell Wharf Lane, Upper Thames Street, London, EC4R 3TB at 2.30pm on Friday 30 September 2011.

One of the resolutions, Resolution 7, to be proposed at the Company's AGM is the establishment of an employee share incentive scheme, full details of which are set out in the Annual Report and Accounts.

The Company's previous share option scheme expired in June 2010 and the Company is now seeking to implement a new share incentive scheme to ensure that the awards recently granted to the Company's management, as previously announced, can be effected in a tax efficient manner.

It is intended that the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares which are the subject of any of the Company's share incentive schemes will not exceed ten per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company at any time.
