Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015

ITE Group plc (the 'Company') today announces its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2015 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.ite-exhibitions.com.

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on or around Friday 18 December 2015.

ITE Group plc's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 30 September 2015 will be held on Thursday 28 January 2016 at 12pm at the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6XX.
