Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 (the "Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019") online and it can be viewed on the Company's website www.astonmartinlagonda.com. The Annual General Meeting 2019 will take place on Tuesday, 25 June 2019.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
