Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has published its notice of annual general meeting.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held on 12 December, 2012 at 2.00p.m. at Royal Chambers, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HG.  

The record date for all of the resolutions to be considered at the annual general meeting will be close of business on 12 December, 2012.

Copies of the notice of annual general meeting and the form of proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
