Notice of Annual General Meeting
Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company's 2009 Annual Report and Accounts will be mailed to shareholders today, 20 April 2010, together with the Notice for the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 12 noon on 20 May 2010 at 11 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HH.
Both documents are available from 07:00 20 April 2010 for download from the Company's website www.petropavlovsk.net.
