NOTICE OF AGM
ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders on 25th April 2012 the Annual Report and Accounts for 2011 and the Notice of the 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") together with the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at 15th Floor, Rolex Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Thursday, the 7th of June 2012 at 12:00 noon (UAE time).
Copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility via the National Storage Mechanism which is located at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Annual Report and Accounts for 2011, the Notice of the 2012 AGM and the Form of Proxy are available for download from the Company's website at www.lamprell.com.
