NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the release on 4 September 2018 of its annual results for the period 1 June 2017 to 30 June 2018 Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2018.

The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 6 November 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT.
