Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dalata Hotel Group p.l.c. (the "Company") today confirms that it has posted AGM documentation to its Shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 28th April 2015 at the Clyde Court Hotel, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The following documents have been posted to Shareholders today:

(i) Notice of the AGM;

(ii) Form of Proxy; and

(iii) Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014.
