Availability of Annual Accounts

The Board Ultima, the IT and Green Technology Company, is pleased to announce that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.ultima-networks.com. In accordance with the Company's articles of association, a notification letter, notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and proxy form have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company is to be held at Akhter House, Perry Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7PN on 22nd June 2015 at 10.30am.
