Notice of Annual General MeetingandBoard Change

Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 29 December 2025 at 12:00 pm (noon) at the offices of Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG.

The notice of AGM and form of proxy will be available on the Company's website at http://www.goldplat.com/downloads and hard copies will today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies.

The Annual Report and accounts are in the process of being finalised and will be published before 31 December 2025. Resolution 1, to receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2025, will be adjourned until such time as they can be forwarded to shareholders and the requisite notice given.

In order to ensure that the Company's board has the most appropriate structure for the size and nature of the business and to reflect best practice in corporate governance, including having a majority of non-executive directors on the board, it has been agreed that Douglas Davidson will step down from the board at the conclusion of the AGM but will continue in his role as Group Chief Operating Officer. Therefore, no resolution is being proposed to re-appoint Mr Davidson at the AGM.
