Posting of Accounts and AGM Notice

Berkeley Mineral Resources Plc confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 together with notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a form of proxy, have been posted to Shareholders.

Copies of the 2012 Annual Report and Accounts can be downloaded from the Company's website www.bmrplc.com. They are also available during normal business hours from the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited at 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EN.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London W1K 7TN on Friday 21 December 2012 at 9.30am.
