2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting
21 May 2021 - Tullow Oil plc ("Tullow" or the "Company") announces today that its 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available to view on the Company's website: www.tullowoil.com and has been distributed to shareholders. The Company's 2021 AGM will be held at the Company's registered address at 9 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5XT on Wednesday 16 June 2021 at 12 noon. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 virus guidance, shareholders will be able to listen to a live audio-cast of the meeting and ask questions remotely, rather than physically attend the event. The details for voting and listening to the live audio-cast can be found in the Notice of Meeting.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting and the form of proxy in relation to the 2021 Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
These documents are also being submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and the Ghana Stock Exchange, and therefore will shortly be available for inspection at the Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin, Exchange Buildings, Foster Place, Dublin 2) and will be available to shareholders located in Ghana by contacting the Company's Ghanaian registrar: Central Securities Depository (Ghana) Limited, 4th Floor, Cedi House, PMB CT 465 Cantonments, Accra, Ghana (Telephone: +233 (0)302 689 313 or +233 (0)303 972 254 or + 233 (0) 0302 689314).
