Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 3 December 2024 at the Company's offices at 4th Floor, 10 - 11 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HG.
