The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 9.30 am on 24 May 2011.

The Notice of AGM together with the 31 March 2011 Final Results have today been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.bettercapital.gg
