Jubilant announces that its Annual General Meeting("AGM") will be held at 2.30 pm (Central European Time, 1.30 pm UK time) on Tuesday,26 August 2014 at the Sheraton AmsterdamAirport Hotel, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March, 2014 is being sent to shareholders today.
