Notice of AGM; Annual Report

Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM), an innovative US-focused IP commercialisation company, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016; and

· Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting.

Printed copies of these documents together with the Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. Copies are also available electronically on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at http://investors.alliedminds.com/reports-and-presentations.
