Notice of AGM; Annual Report

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Company"), the developer of intellectual property based businesses, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013; and

· Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Printed copies of these documents together with the Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. Copies are also available electronically on the Investor Relations section of the IP Group website at www.ipgroupplc.com/reports.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 13 May 2014 at the Company's offices at 24 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND.
