Notice of AGM and Resignation of Director
Brady plc, the leading global provider of energy and commodity software, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been sent to shareholders. Copies of these documents are available on the Company's website www.bradyplc.com.
The AGM will be held at Riverside House, 2A Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HA, on Thursday 31 May 2018 at 12.00pm.
The Company further announces that Elizabeth Sipiere, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of her intention to resign and step down from the Board with effect from 31 May 2018.
The Company has started a process to recruit a new Non-Executive Director.
