Notice of Annual General Meeting and Q1 trading update
Premier Farnell plc confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday 16 June 2015 at 11:00 am at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD. No new trading information will be disclosed at the AGM.
The Company will release its Q1 trading update for the period ended 3 May 2015 at 08:30am on Thursday 18 June 2015.
