Notice of Annual General Meeting and publication of Annual Report

Capital & Regional today announces that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday, 19 May 2022 at 10.00 am (British Summer Time) at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 1PX. Shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at 6.30 pm on Tuesday, 17 May 2022, to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.

In connection with this, the following documents are being made available to shareholders today and will be posted shortly:

· Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 December 2021

· Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM")

· Form of Proxy
