Notice of AGM and proposed change of name
Cue Energy plc announces that the Annual General Meeting relating to the year ended 31 December 2007 will be held at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, 140 Park Lane, London W1K 7AA at 9:30 am on Monday, 4 August 2008.
The resolutions to be put before the meeting include a special resolution to change the name of the Company to Alecto Energy plc.
The Notice of Meeting has been sent to shareholders and posted on the Company's website (www.cueenergy.co.uk).
