Notice of AGM and Project Update

SKIL Ports & Logistics Limited has posted to its shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated proxy forms. The AGM will be held at the registered office of the Company at Redwood House, St. Juilan's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on Thursday 28 July 2016 at 11 am.

The Company is pleased to report that work on site is going to plan, and that ground reclamation as of 30th June is approximately 30 hectares.
