Wey Education, the online educational services group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2018 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at https://www.weyeducation.com/#investors .

Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at 43-44 New Bond Street, London, W1S 2SA on Monday 25 February 2019 at 4.00pm.
