Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2012 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.empyreanenergy.com.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 31 May 2012 at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, 21 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4BS.
