Notice of AGM and Posting of Report & Accounts
Alba Mineral Resources plc (the "Company" or "Alba"), announces that the Company's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 30 November 2012, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been posted to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts and notice of AGM will be made available on the Company's website (www.albamineralresources.com).
The AGM will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on 28 May 2013 at 10:00am.
