Noricum Gold Limited, the European focused base and precious metals resource development company, is pleased to announce that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been posted to shareholders.

The Company also announces that it has posted the notice of annual general meeting ('AGM') to shareholders. The Company's AGM will be held at The Washington Mayfair Hotel, 5 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HE at 10:00 a.m. BST on 23rd May 2016.
