Alba Mineral Resources plc ("Alba" or "the Company"), announces that the Company's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 30 November 2013, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been posted to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts and notice of AGM is available on the Company's website (www.albamineralresources.com).
The AGM will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP at 9.00 a.m. on 30 May 2014.
