Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the natural resources investing company with gas assets in the Southern North Sea, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on 7 June 2016 at 10.30 a.m. The notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders along with the report and accounts for the period ended 31 December 2015.
