The Company announces that the Lupus Capital plc 2010 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at the offices of College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London EC3N 4QN, on 28 May 2010 at 10.30 am.
Notice of the AGM and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 (the "Accounts") have been posted to shareholders.
The Accounts, which include the Notice of AGM, are now available for download from the Company's website at www.lupuscapital.co.uk.
