Beacon Hill Resources plc, the AIM listed resource company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on Thursday 24 June 2010 at 11 a.m.

The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be posted to shareholders today, 26 May 2010. A copy of the annual report and notice of AGM can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.bhrplc.com.
