Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report

Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in respect to 2022, will be held at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP at 20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT at 1:30 p.m. on 27 June 2023.

As shareholders will be aware, the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2022 (FY22) was delayed significantly due to reasons previously announced. A separate AGM will be held later in the year to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 28 February 2023, the date will be announced in due course.

The Notice of AGM will be dispatched to shareholders shortly, together with the Annual Report and Accounts to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications, and an electronic copy will be available shortly on the investor section of the Company's website www.revolutionbeautyplc.com. The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts continue to be available at https://revolutionbeautyplc.com/results-and-reports/.
