Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

All Asia Asset Capital Limited (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of the Asia Pacific region, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 will be posted to shareholders today.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 4.00 p.m. (Bangkok time) on Monday 31 July 2017 at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, 250 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Company's website (www.aaacap.com). Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
