LONDON, 16 April 2013: APR Energy plc announces that its Annual Report for the period ended31 December 2012, together with Notice of AGM and Proxy Form, have today been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report can be viewed and downloaded from: www.aprenergy.com/investors.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 14 May 2013 at the offices of JP Morgan: JP Morgan Cazenove, Holborn Bars, 138-142 Holborn, London, EC1N 2NQ.
