Leaf Clean announces that it has today sent to shareholders a copy of the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Maples and Calder, Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1104, Cayman Islands on 22 December 2014. The Company also confirms that the report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014 have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website.
