Southampton, UK - 8 October 2010: Synairgen plc (LSE: SNG), the respiratory drug discovery and development company with a particular focus on viral defence, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 has been posted to shareholders. Synairgen's 2010 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday 3 November 2010 at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU. The Notice of the AGM is included in the Annual Report and Accounts.
