Churchill China plc (the "Company") (AIM:CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic tableware and household products to hospitality and retail markets, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, together with Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Marlborough Pottery, High Street, Sandyford, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent on Wednesday 22 May, 2013 at 12 noon.
