Kalibrate Technologies plc (AIM: KLBT), the provider of strategy and technology services to the global fuel and convenience retail industry, announces that its AGM will be held at 10 am on 6 December 2016 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH.
A notice of AGM and accompanying proxy card has today been posted to shareholders together with the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016. These documents will shortly be available to view on the Group's website at www.kalibratetech.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
