Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Sumo Group plc (AIM: SUMO), announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for the meeting to be held on 25 June 2020 are now available on the Group's website at www.sumogroupplc.com.
Where applicable, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders later today.
In view of the compulsory government measures in force restricting public gatherings and non-essential travel in response to COVID-19, the Company is planning for the AGM this year to be run as a closed meeting. Shareholders will not be allowed to attend the AGM in person and are encouraged to appoint the Chairman as their proxy. Anyone seeking to attend in person will be refused entry. The Company will make arrangements for a quorum to be present to transact the formal business of the meeting as set out in the notice.
