Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ) wishes to announce that a Notice ("Notice") of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders shortly. The AGM will be held on Monday 30 November 2015 at 4.00 pm (WST) at 24 Colin Street, West Perth, Australia.
